Avatus Stone is JM LAW’s estate planning manager and business administrator who works to proactively meet our clients’ planning needs through careful quality control and resource management, thanks to his complementary skills and experience in legal drafting and personnel management. 

An invaluable member of the JM LAW team, Avatus manages the estate planning workflow to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for every client. In addition, he assists with drafting legal documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives.

Kristen House, Esq., is a senior estate planning attorney who provides clients with advanced estate planning. Kristen’s unique experience includes serving as a senior trust administrator for an international bank, providing comprehensive trust administration, as well as advising clients in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Kristen is known for her amazing attention to detail, calm demeanor, and dedication to meeting each client’s needs.

Michael Dietz, Esq. is an estate planning associate who assists with a wide range of clients’ estate planning needs. He collaborates with the JM LAW team, providing summaries of funding recommendations, answering follow-up questions, and providing instructions to assist clients with implementing their estate plan. Michael is admitted to the bar in Maryland.
